" I have never met someone with as much passion, positivity, and determination as Coach Ashton. Life bubbles out of her every pore and I find it very easy to talk to her about anything. She has helped me through many hard times in my life, the most recent one being a breakup I went through. 

 I was heartbroken, hurt, and I felt lower than I had in years. I didn’t know what to do with myself now that I didn't have anyone to spoil. Coach Ashton said, “Kayla, it’s okay to be feeling lonely, that’s normal. But you do have someone to spoil. Yourself. ”
